Schlicht Esslokal

We offer modern, product-oriented cuisine. About 20 guests are served a fixed menu consisting of 8 courses and a suitable drink accompaniment in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The menu is strongly oriented towards the seasonal availability of the products and thus varies constantly. Cooperation with regional producers is an important part of our concept. We also attach great importance to conviviality and pleasure in eating and therefore have no desire to submit to any dogmas. The menu is accompanied by a matched drinks list and an exceptional wine list that includes classic rarities as well as biodynamic products. The Schlicht. Esslokal opens every fortnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Thursdays we are a wine bar with a food menu. On Fridays and Saturdays we serve our 8-course menu. Reservation of seats is required in advance of the evening.
