 We have dedicated ourselves to growing Riesling for generations and our heart beats for steep and steep slopes. The slopes here are often so steep that the vines can only find their place on narrow slate walls. But it is precisely these extreme slopes and the unique slate soils that are our challenge and guarantee for absolutely top-quality wines. All of this means extreme manual work, enormous physical exertion and absolute passion for the job. In the cellar, it is important to combine modern technology with old tradition and experience in order to preserve everything that was naturally obtained in the vineyard, because if you have worked carefully in the vineyard during the many days, there is almost nothing for you in the cellar perfect wine to be done.
