Open from Monday to Thursday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM - hot meals until 2:30 PM. Our bistro is located in the IRT - Industrial Park Region Trier in Föhren. With a delicious lunch in our modernly furnished premises or a cup of coffee on the terrace, we invite our guests to enjoy and relax. We also offer an appealing selection of delicious dishes. In addition to various pasta variations, we serve a changing weekly menu with a weekly soup, a weekly dish, and a weekly baguette, as well as light fare from our salad bar. And on Monday, it's "SchniPoSa" Day at our place! Every week, you can enjoy a delicious schnitzel, fries, and a side salad. New! From now on, our Tastebrothers food truck will be available from Monday to Thursday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at our bistro. In addition to our well-known burgers, we also serve our delicious fries with homemade sauces. Quality and regionality are very important to us, even in our bistro dishes. For this reason, we source many of our products from local businesses, such as the baked goods from Bäckerei Kenner Brot. The bistro is the heart of our young company. Here, preparations for our food truck are made, new recipes are tried, and passion is put into cooking. #tastethedifference We are looking forward to it!
