The vinotheque in Bernkastel-Kues is located in the vaulted cellars of St Nicholas Hospital and is the largest vinotheque for Moselle Riesling in the world. Over 100 different wines from the Moselle region can be tasted here.
In the historical vaulted cellars of the St.-Nikolaus-Hospital a very special institution of Moselle wine culture has been created with the Vinothek. During a probably unique tasting you can experience, compare and enjoy the liquid treasures of Mosel, Saar and Ruwer in their variety.
Everyone is free to devote themselves to their personal wine studies and deepen their knowledge of the wine-growing region.
Wine tasting with a huge selection
100 wines, from quality wines, Hochgewächs, Kabinett, Spät- und Auslesen, Beeren- und Trockenbeerenauslesen to Eiswein, await the senses of smell and taste of those interested in wine.
This multitude of wines and sects guarantees a representative overview of the varieties and sites of the wine-growing region.
In the Mosel shop attached to the Vinothek, you can of course purchase any wine you have tasted beforehand. In addition, you will find a large number of exquisite wine presents that make giving presents for special occasions easy.
