PASSION AND RESPONSIBILITY For 3 generations, our everyday life has been characterized by the daily work on the site and the passion for our wine. We are a winery from Lehmen at the Terrassenmosel. Our wines are all vinified in our own cellar. When vinifying the wines we attach great importance to gentle and minimal treatment. As far as the harvest quantities of the vintage allow it, the wines are always vinified separately according to site or vineyard. This emphasizes the different characteristics of the site, which result from the soil (microclimate) and the terrain. Our Riesling vineyards are located in all Lehmen sites. For several generations we have been cultivating our vineyard parcels with a lot of joy and also some passion. We cultivate the wines as we learned it from our fathers. At the same time, we have not stood still in terms of cellar equipment and rely on the support of specialized companies for bottling and filtration.
