Welcome to the Weich winery. Viticulture has determined our lives for generations. It is with great pride that we preserve the feeling for nature and wine that we have built up over the centuries.

WINERY

We run our winery in harmony with nature. Our goal is to cultivate healthy plants on healthy soils that give us healthy grapes. By foregoing high yields, we produce wholesome wines and sparkling wines of high quality and lasting value. In the cellar, too, we remain true to the highest principle - to mess with nature as little as possible: We treat our grapes extremely carefully and let the wine develop itself in peace. The wine retains what the grape brought with it: concentrated, long-lasting fruit aromas, strong minerals from gray or red slate. The terroir, the synthesis of soil, microclimate, vines and the skill of the oenologist, can trigger an exciting fascination in the glass. Our grape varieties: Riesling / Pinot Blanc / Pinot Gris / Sauvignon Blanc / Rivaner / Merlot / Pinot Noir.

DISTILLERY In our in-house distillery I distill fine spirits and spirits. In addition to distillates from grapes and wine, I distill Mirabelle water, Williams-Christ, fruit schnapps and much more. Our liqueurs are also particularly fine. To smell and taste the elegant fruit aromas of a brandy in the glass is a special pleasure for every gourmet. By the way, I wrote my thesis on the burning of Williams-Christ.
