Immerse yourself in the world of fishing on the Moselle and get to know fishing "today and then". Our family has owned its own fishery for several generations. Today we run one of the last, largest - and oldest fine fish smokehouses on the Moselle. The family business also includes a vineyard, a sparkling wine cellar and two noble distilleries. Home-made jams as well as exquisite vinegars and oils round off our range.
