Visit us in our new vinotheque without a kitchen, which was voted one of Germany's TOP 50 vinotheques in 2016 by the German Wine Institute! You can expect extraordinary architecture, an ambience to feel good, first-class wines and warm hosts. “Just nothing angular!” was the requirement for the architect Marco Hoffmann from Wittlich. He implemented this splendidly: The result was an extraordinary structure that floats on the old vaulted cellar. The teardrop-shaped structure hides its distinctive interior with a 6.30 m high curtain made of rough, oiled oak beams. If you walk through the lamellar structure you get to our sales room with a counter, wooden benches and photos illuminated behind glass. The clay and reed plaster used inside gives the walls of the vinotheque an individually structured look, improves the room climate and ensures pleasant acoustics. A filigree staircase made of oak and rusty steel leads to the light-flooded upper floor with seating for cozy rehearsals and presentations. With a sophisticated folding element, the terrace can be merged with the interior to form an open space. Here you can enjoy the view of our vineyards in the "Klüsserath Brotherhood", of the gentle, hilly landscape of the surrounding area. It is also completely without corners.
