We are happy to serve you a typical Moselle meal. Cozy guest rooms and a holiday apartment are at your disposal. Our guesthouse has been awarded the "Das hospitable house" badge. All wines that we offer you come from our own vineyards and are pressed and carefully developed by us. The quality and excellence of our wines are also shown by the awards from the Chamber of Agriculture Rhineland-Palatinate. In addition to the Riesling wine typical of the Moselle, we offer you a wide variety of other wines and spirits. The Moselle and of course our winery are characterized by the steep slopes and the cultivation of Riesling. Around 80% of the grape varieties we cultivate are Riesling, the remaining 20% ​​are made up of Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, Kerner and Rivaner / Müller - Thurgau. 35% of our total cultivation area is located in the steep slopes “DetzemerMaximiner Klosterlay” and “Pölicher Held”. There, in the dark, mineral-rich slate soils, particularly spicy and richly fragrant wines grow, which have always delighted wine lovers and connoisseurs. Another very well-known location, the “Detzemer Würzgarten”, is mainly in the flatter regions where the rest of our winery is located. Here, rich and sparkling wines grow in clayey soils.
