Weingut Gebrüder Steffes

The winery Gebrüder Steffes follows the centuries-old tradition of viticulture in the Ruwer Valley. Our vineyards are all steep slopes on mineral Devon slate soils. The winegrowing tradition of the Steffes family can be traced back to the end of the 18th century. Today, the winery is run by Doris and Rainer Steffes, who produce excellent wines every year. In accordance with the artisanal tradition, they take care of all tasks at the winery themselves, ensuring wine quality from a single source. In addition to the classic Riesling grape, we also cultivate Pinot Blanc and Blue Pinot Noir, and recently Chardonnay as well. Furthermore, we infuse all our experience into the production of ice wines and winemaker sparkling wines made using the traditional bottle fermentation method.

Holiday stays at the winery in a holiday apartment are possible.

Wine tastings: always available by phone appointment for up to 35 people (also in English and French; small dishes available on request)
