The two antagonists Tradition and Innovation have always been an integral part of German culture: Germany is the land of automobile manufacturers and the inventors of the MP3 player and the fax machine, and at the same time, the land of lederhosen and traditional costumes, of brewers and Riesling producers. So, two hearts beat in our chest: Just as the opposite elements of Yin and Yang in Chinese philosophy intertwine and neither exists without the other, in our work, Tradition and Innovation are always united in harmonious balance. Founded in 2005 with a lot of idealism as the successor to the Jostock-Pauli winery, we strive to rediscover old traditional paths and combine them with innovative ideas: With our wine profile and modern closures, we cater to new, open-minded, and curious consumers who want something special without having to search for it long. With our consistent focus on the centuries-old steep slopes of the Mosel and traditional aging in wooden barrels, we create that special product which contains all our passion. Tradition and Innovation, experience and curiosity, product and packaging, customer desire and winery reality - these things do not form opposites for us but rather a unity. The blend of both components is the key to a successful relationship, and we invite you to be a part of it with us.
