WHERE THE SUN'S RAYS ARE AT HOME. Our winery in Minheim/Mittelmosel is located on one of the most beautiful bends of the Moselle, also known as the "island of sunshine". In the old tradition of Germany's oldest wine region, the business has been working with vines for generations. Initially as a mixed agricultural enterprise, then as a supplier to wineries and co-operatives. In 2000, Herbert Zisch took our winery into the next generation: with a new production and guest house and a passion for outstanding bottled wines. Out of love for wine, we ourselves must be convinced of what goes into the bottle. And so we are always open to new impulses for something very important: your enjoyment. With single-varietal Moselle wines full of character. We focus on a quality-orientated approach in the vineyard and in the wine cellar, all in harmony with nature. From the popular Riesling to Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder and Johanniter. As well as traditional Kerner and Müller-Thurgau and the noble grape Sauvignon Blanc.
