WINE AND FOOD BELONG TOGETHER... At the Würzlayhof, the wines from our own vineyards are accompanied by hearty dishes from the vintner's kitchen. From the rustic home-made platter, the popular tarte flambée in different variations, roast beef on farmhouse bread with homemade remoulade, pork loin steak with fried potatoes, to the crispy salad - to name just a few - Moselle delicacies are served, either comfortably in pairs, or in groups of up to 60 people.
WINEMAKER SINCE ANNO 1580... We have been winegrowing for many generations since 1580 - then as now, wine has been the focus of the family's life. In 1996, we added the estate bar. We cultivate about 3.5 hectares, a good third of which are absolutely steep, sloping and flat sites.
