The wine house "Sonne" exists since the beginning of the 19th century. Since 1904 the management of the wine house is in the 4th generation in the family. In the beginning, great-grandparents and grandparents had a small butcher's shop. Already at that time the whole attention of the innkeeper family was directed to down-to-earth food on the plate and a wonderful bottle of Mosel Riesling. Even though the butcher's shop no longer exists today, the love of tasty regional cuisine and the connection to a fresh glass of Mosel Riesling from our own steep and terraced vineyards is still alive, which our guests confirm again and again in their reviews. In the wine house "Sonne" has always been the commitment to provide guests with cozy and enjoyable moments.

Our restaurant can accommodate parties of up to 40 people, and in the small hall we can cater for 30 people. During the summer months, our guests can enjoy themselves on weekends on the panoramic terrace.
