The St. Elisabeth wine farm produces high-quality and harmonious Rieslings that are fun and exciting. They grew exclusively on the steep slope. These include well-known locations such as Leiwener Laurentiuslay, Köwericher Laurentiuslay, Trittenheimer Apotheke and Pölicher Held. "You don't have to be able to do everything, but you have to have the enthusiasm and passion to learn it and the willingness to constantly improve." According to this motto, Jörg Wiersch as a side entrant - he is a full-time banker - turned his passion for Riesling into a second profession. In 2001 he and his wife Elisabeth joined his in-laws' winery and have been responsible for vinification there ever since. The many years of experience of the parents' generation are thus combined with modern knowledge of wine production. The St. Elisabeth wine farm is a member of the young winegrowers in Leiwen and is committed to striving for the highest quality. Wine tasting by arrangement for up to 20 people.
