For the active holidaymaker, Oberemmel is nestled in hiking and cycling routes; the vineyards, such as the Karlsberg or Altenberg, famous for their good Riesling, can be climbed over scenic hairpin bends and offer a wide view as far as the neighbouring Konzer Tälchen. Wine tastings are possible by appointment.
