Winery Boesen

Family is when everyone does their bit. This is especially true when an entire family is dedicated to wine. For more than three decades, everything at the Palzem winery in Rhineland-Palatinate has revolved around the grape. The division of labour is (almost) always clear: Alois Boesen and his son Markus take care of the wine, from tending the vines to bottling, while Silvia Boesen looks after the guests in the wine bar, the wine bar and the holiday flats.
