The vineyard covers an area of about 4.5 hectares, with the majority dedicated to Riesling grapes.
In addition to the most important grape variety, Riesling, Dornfelder, Spätburgunder, and Weißburgunder complement the offerings of the Borens winery.
Wiltinger Klosterberg, Wiltinger Rosenberg, Wiltinger Schlangengraben, and Filzener Unterberg are among the sites of the Borens winery.
Their own products also include fine brandies such as Williams Christ pear, mirabelle brandy, and others. Quality products like Cor Verum brandies and awards from the Chamber of Agriculture confirm the success of the winery.
