Winery Clemens

Clemens wine estate in Wintrich holiday resort on the Moselle River is a small, about 5-hectare estate. The emphasis is on Riesling cultivation, especially on steep slopes. Due to yield reduction and dispensation with mineral fertilizers, the wines acquire a great body and complexity. At Clemens wine estate, they work in harmony with nature. Thus, in the so-called "spontaneous fermentation", natural yeast is used in the fermentation process. You can taste the fresh wines as well.
