On an area of about one hectare, Ramona Neisius and Michael Winkel cultivate Riesling and Elbling at Saar and southern Wine Mosel.
In addition to wines and sparkling wines of the Elbling and Riesling grape varieties, the range also includes traditional Viez (apple wine) and Viezekt (apple sparkling wine) from the region. These are made from apples from their own near-natural orchards.
The range is complemented by homemade liqueurs and brandies from their own fruits.
