In particularly quality-conscious cultivation and in the best vineyard locations, the white grape varieties Elbling, Riesling, Rivaner, Weiß- and Grauburgunder, Gewürztraminer & Auxerrois, along with the "reds" Spätburgunder and Dornfelder thrive. The estate sparkling wines, produced using classical methods, impress with their lively freshness and elegant bitterness.

Enjoy the extremely expressive wines at a small tasting, which is possible at any time or by prior arrangement for larger groups in the cozy wine tavern that accommodates up to 30 people.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the typical Mosel wine under the porch in a cozy atmosphere, accommodating again up to 25 people.

The winery offers camper spots, all with a direct view across the Moselle to the Luxembourg riverside. From this location, hiking or biking trips to Luxembourg, just 3 km away, or to France, 14 km away, are no problem. Of course, there is much to see and explore in the somewhat quieter region, promising a relaxing stay.

You are also welcome to enjoy a stay in the holiday apartment at the Edwin Pauly winery, which accommodates 2-4 people.
