Welcome to our winery !

Our winery has been in existence since 1648 and is now in its 15th generation of family ownership.

For over 30 years, the love and responsibility for this winery and the associated vineyards has been in my hands, Gerd Kettermann. Taking over from my parents, I have continued to expand the winery, and the care and cultivation of the vineyards is carried out by me personally. The cellar work, cleaning the wooden barrels, grinding and pressing the grapes, observing the fermentation process, filtering the wines as well as storing the bottles until they are sold are all in my hands.

We are one of the oldest wineries in Enkirch and are passionate about winegrowing. Wine and vineyards have been my life since childhood, this passion is not only my profession, but also my hobby. With several grape varieties I produce delicious, from dry to sweet wines. Furthermore, I offer Mosecco, red wine liqueur from my own production as well as marc and yeast brandy. You can taste all this in our tasting room or in our rarities cellar.

I love to hike in our side valleys, so I can show you nooks and crannies, views and sights that you won't find in any travel guide. On our walks we will also enjoy wine tastings in the open air.

After the most beautiful work in the vineyard, the grape harvest, the work in the wine cellar begins for the winegrower. After the wine has matured, it finds its way from the barrel into the bottle.
