Welcome! Since 1752, the Dosterts and their ancestors have been cultivating vineyards on the southern Moselle. Originally, farming was also practiced alongside viticulture. Over the centuries, the winery evolved into its current form. Since 1993, a guesthouse has been operated alongside the winery.
The most important locations are Nitteler Leiterchen and Nitteler Rochusfels. The Leiterchen site is characterized by tall dolomite and limestone cliffs that rise above the valley, giving the village of Nittel its distinctive appearance. The Rochusfels site extends at the foot of the pilgrimage chapel of St. Rochus. From the Rochus chapel, there is a wide panoramic view over the Moselle Valley extending deep into the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The soils in Rochusfels are characterized by deep Muschelkalk. Here, particularly distinctive Elbling and Burgundy wines thrive. For wine and nature lovers, a guided tour along the wine educational trail or the cliff path is offered. Every step is accompanied by Moselle romance. The tour can also be combined with a wine tasting at the winery. The Dostert winery additionally offers double rooms, apartments, and a holiday flat for 4 people.
