The traditional Norwig winery in Burgen an der Mittelmosel is a top address for holidaymakers in the wine region. At present about 8 hectares of vineyards are cultivated in the best locations of the Middle Moselle.
Quality is a top priority at the winery - and you can taste it at a tasting of the first-class wines. Wine lovers will find different qualities ranging from simple country wine to high-quality ice wine. The vineyards are cultivated close to nature and the grape and wine processing is gentle. All wines in the vineyard - predominantly Riesling - are own growth, hand-picked and selected. Low yields, highly ripe but still healthy grapes, are the prerequisites for an aromatic and extract-rich wine.

Openings
Wine tastings are organised for 2 to 20 people. Wine tastings for large groups only take place with advance reservation. A wine tasting with a cellar tour can be organised on request. Wine tastings in English, Dutch and Polish are possible. Wine tastings with vegan wines possible.
