The Junk winery is located in the Mosel village of Kesten. The family has been growing wine for generations. At the moment four hectares of vineyards are cultivated. Most of them are steep slopes.
The Junk winery is located in the Mosel village of Kesten. The family has been growing wine for generations. At the moment four hectares of vineyards are cultivated. Most of them are steep slopes. They are 80% planted with Riesling. The remaining share is taken by Rivaner, Weißburgunder as well as Dornfelder and Spätburgunder. The areas are cultivated in harmony with nature. You can taste the wines at a wine tasting directly on site.
