The Paulinshof winery is located in the holiday resort of Kesten. The former abbey courtyard of the St. Paulin church in Trier was first mentioned in a document in 936. It was secularised by Napoleon and passed into private hands in 1803.

The Paulinshof winery is located in the holiday resort of Kesten. The former abbey courtyard of the St. Paulin church in Trier was first mentioned in a document in 936. It was secularised by Napoleon and passed into private hands in 1803. Today Riesling is cultivated in the vineyards around Kesten. These include: Kestener Paulinshofberg, Paulinsberg and Herrenberg. There are also vineyards in Brauneberg, the Brauneberger Juffer, Kammer and Juffer sundial. Another vineyard is the pharmacy in Trittenheim. The wines of the winery have received numerous awards, including the falstaff Weinguide Deutschland 2018, the Weinführer Eichelmann, AWC Vienna and Mosel Fine Wines. You can taste the wines at a wine tasting directly on the Weinhof.
