VDP winery. We are the 5th generation to produce Saar wines in Ayl.

Riesling is the passion at the Peter Lauer winery. The winery in Ayl has the best steep slopes along the Saar. In addition to the famous Ayler Kupp, the winery also cultivates two other important vineyards in the Mosel region. The Saar "Feilser" directly across the river and the steeply sloping vineyard "Schonfels," a bit further upstream. Recently, the previously forgotten site "Lambertskirch," just a stone's throw from "Schonfels," has been replanted and recultivated.

For many years, the white wines from the Peter Lauer winery have been among the best in the Saar. Since 2013, it has been a member of the VDP – the Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates. The wines from VDP.GROSSEN LAGEN® in the dry and off-dry flavor profile are particularly special.

Other products:

Own grappa and Riesling brandy, peach liqueur from an external producer
