Schiffmann-Junk wine estate is located in Brauneberg holiday village, in the heart of the Middle Moselle. First documented in 1624, it has been in family property ever since. In the steep slope vineyards, selective handpicking is practiced. Afterwards, the grapes are gently pressed and matured individually. The Riesling wines of the estate are characterized by delicate acidity, minerality, fruitiness and - last but not least - by their low alcohol content. In the tavern, the "Juffer Weinstube", the wines can be tasted. The kitchen offers small, tasty meals matching the wines.
Are you looking for something special? The "Juffer Weinstube" in hist. Half-timbered house from 1725, inspires by its unique ambience.
You will find a cosy place to stay in our "wine arbour under the plane trees" directly on the walnut avenue.
Enjoy first-class Riesling wines from the steep slope "Juffer, Juffer-Sonnenuhr", as well as red and rose wines from our own cultivation. The kitchen offers you small delicacies from the region, lovingly prepared with herbs from our own garden.

Openings
Wine tastings can be organised on request, also with meals or a guided tour of the cellar. The maximum number of persons is 35, and a wine tasting in English is also possible.
