Winery Schiffmann-Junk

Today, at our winery, we lovingly and carefully produce white and red wines, as well as Riesling sparkling wine.
70% of our vineyards are steep slopes. The Riesling wines from the world-famous locations Brauneberger Juffer and Juffer Sonnenuhr are unique here. Our wines are marketed to private customers, specialized trade, gastronomy, and export.
Preserving tradition and incorporating new ideas is now in the hands of Frank Schiffmann and his family.

We cultivate vineyards in the locations of Brauneberger Juffer, Juffer Sonnenuhr, and Mandelgraben. During the manual harvest in the steep slope, selection is already done in the vineyard. Subsequently, the harvested grapes are gently pressed and individually processed. The Riesling wines of the winery are characterized by delicate acidity, minerality, fruitiness, and, not least, their low alcohol content. Preserving tradition and incorporating modernity into the winery: the result is top-quality wines. In the winery’s tavern, the "Juffer Weinstube,” the wines can be tasted. The kitchen offers small, delicious dishes that complement the wines.

A cozy spot to linger can be found in our "Wine Arbour under the Platanus Trees" right by the Nussbaumallee.

The kitchen offers you small delicacies from the region, lovingly arranged with herbs from our own garden.
