The 10-hectare winery is now in its third generation. The picturesque Konzer Tälchen has been characterised by viticulture for 2000 years and produces some of the highest quality white wines in the country with the Riesling wines produced here.
Riesling, as the queen of white wine varieties, makes up about 80% of the vineyard area. In the production of the wines, Stefan Müller places great importance on quality and handwork. Special attention is given to the old vines, which are preserved out of conviction. In the vineyards, herbicides and synthetic fertilizers are generally avoided. The harvest is meticulously sorted to bring only the best quality into the cellar and to avoid any treatment and fining agents. Fermentation occurs exclusively with wild yeasts, in traditional fuder barrels or in stainless steel tanks.
