No one knows as much as they do when it comes to explaining viticulture, guiding visitors through a cathedral, drawing attention to rare plants along the wayside or finding peaceful spots far from the beaten tourist track.
And not only do they do all this on foot, but also by bike, segway, boat and offroad vehicle.
